MEET THE TEAM •

  • President, CFO

With over 40 years in dental design, Mark brings unmatched technical expertise and deep industry knowledge to every project. As a Project Manager, he's known for his sharp eye for equipment layout and his ability to make complex systems work together. When Mark isn't working, he enjoys spending time at the family cabin.

  • VP, Director of Interior Design

Abby transforms ideas into beautifully functional spaces that clients love to work in and patients love to visit. Whether she's designing functional medical professional layouts or helping select finishes, her goal is to create thoughtful, cost-effective designs that truly work. Outside the office, you'll likely find her relaxing with a book and her two cats (her favorite design critics.)

  • VP, Director of Architecture

Adam is passionate about architecture that works, especially for professionals who need environments that are not only highly functional but thoughtfully designed. With experience across a wide range of project types, he’s found his niche in health and wellness architecture.  When he’s not immersed in a project, Adam enjoys time with his family whether it's cheering on the kids at sporting events or diving into their latest craft challenge.

  • Designer

Having worked at Sjoquist for over 3 years, Sydney has enjoyed getting more experience in the field in partnership with the firm. Within the past few years she has received an undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree with a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies as well as a Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Outside of work, she enjoys watercolor painting around the city, hanging out with friends and writing music.

  • Designer

Having graduated from the University of Minnesota in May of 2024, Gina is at the beginning of her professional career. With a Bachelors of Design in Architecture and a minor in Urban Studies, she is actively working towards licensure. When she’s not helping bring spaces to life, you can catch her out on a paddleboard with her dogs, reading a book or spending time with her family and friends.

  • Architect (Retired)

As a Principal Architect, Carl is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest value of architectural service. He is adamant about following a project through from start to finish, assuring that there is continuity from early design to construction completion. His personal mantra is "Always give the Client what they expect, plus a little bit more". His hands-on experience in a number of  construction trades provide a sound foundation for a strong relationship between Architect and Contractor. He pays close attention to detail and lists his ability to solve complex problems as one of his greatest strengths.
